In the following days, Fabelo will take part in a group show at Robert Miller Gallery, NY, entitled Nuevos Colores (New Colors). Fabelo’s canvases, sculptures and drawings on metal will be at the exhibition, which gathers some of the most outstanding artists working today in the Island.

The opening will take place on Thursday September 17 and, in the following days, the gallery—in collaboration with Art OnCuba and Detrás del Muro (Behind the Wall)—has organized a series of debate panels intending to offer a panorama of contemporary Cuban art.
From day 17 to 20 that month, Fabelo’s work may be seen in two stands of the Chicago Art Fair, with CernudaArte and Robert Miller Gallery. Cernuda will exhibit drawings, large format canvases and bronze sculptures and Robert Miller Gallery will show canvases and works on metal.

A few days earlier, from September 4 to 6, Fabelo, led by Robert Miller Gallery, will take part on the International Contemporary Art Fair of Istanbul. And at the beginning of October, his pieces will be exhibited in ArtBO, presented by Galería Habana.

In a different state of things, the work Delicatesen, exhibited on the seafront during the Twelfth Havana Biennial with the project Detrás del Muro, was recently bought by the Cuban Ministry of Culture and located on the institution itself.
